Job Description

  1. Manage a train and supervise collection system analyst in managing key collection systems and deliver positive outcomes in line with business deadlines;
  2. Supervise delivery of technology solution and project implementation aimed at actual problems being faced;
  3. Drive deep-dive analysis to identify collection process and system improvements and existing issues;
  4. Applying knowledge of business process modelling notations to documenting processes;
  5. Educating business user leaders responsible for managing and operating collection processes and systems;
  6. Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process/system performance.

Job Requirement

  • Consumer finance knowledges is must - have.
  • Having experience in process and system analysis job working.
  • UAT executions experiences, Test case preparation/ design is must- have point.
  • SQL and Risk/Collection databases knowledge is a big plus.
